Original recipe
Warm it for 10 seconds before serving
Ingredients:
Wheat flour
Millet (bajari) flour
Fenugreek (methi leaves)
Turmeric
Coriander-Cumin powder (dhana-jiru)
Sesame seeds (til)
Ginger
Green chillies
Red chilli powder
Common salt
Jaggery (gur)
Yogurt
Conola oil
- Theplas in unopened pack last for about 30 days
- Theplas after opening the pack last for about 7 days
- Warm theplas for about 10 seconds before serving
